Perfect for what it is - small neighborhood Korean Spa. The local's spot vs. fancy and expensive destination retreat. Function before frills Downstairs (elevator available) Three tubs (cool with a cool water downspout that pours into the tub for working on your back muscles, warm tub and a higher temp hot tub) Steam Room Multiple dry sauanas (jade, yellow clay, cedar) and coed salt sauna. No clothing in the pools or sauna (unless it is the salt sauna which is CoEd and covering is required) 3 stall showers and multiple squat showers The scrub was excellent - complete coverage. The massage was more like lymphatic drainage and slight stretching vs. a resort massage. I love it. To me - great price for the services rendered and the use of the facilities.

I received a body scrub and massage. The scrub was amazing… My skin felt refreshed, smooth, and not itchy at all. They also did a cucumber facial, which felt really nice. The massage was just average, but the rest of the service was excellent. Overall, it’s much better than other saunas I’ve been to. Plenty of free parking. I booked by phone.

My husband and I recently visited Chung Dam Spa, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The massages were absolutely phenomenal! They are not overpriced for what you get, they are priced well. Everyone we interacted with was polite, kind, and professional. I booked the one-hour Swedish massage, and it was excellent—my therapist was clearly an expert, with a perfect balance of technique and relaxation. My husband opted for the 45-minute foot reflexology session and couldn’t stop raving about how well it was done. The spa facilities are traditional: in the bathhouse area, nudity is expected. This is also where the body scrubs, steam room, and hot saunas are located. There is a salt sauna in the community area that can hold about 15–20 people, but this was the only true co-ed space we could enjoy together. Unlike some other spas, Chung Dam does not have a separate dining area or multiple saunas in the co-ed section. Because of that limitation, I’d rate this experience at about 3.5 stars. However, the exceptional massages elevated the visit for us, so I’ll give it a solid 4 stars. If you’re looking for top-notch massage services and don’t mind the setup, this spa is absolutely worth a visit.
